Incredible $30 Cartography Humble Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop Game Master's Fantasy

After a brief run earlier this year, the Map Making Mega Bundle is back with an encore that lasts through early December. Hailed as an extensive collection of mapping tools created by a specialized software company throughout their history, the entire collection is valued at more than thirteen hundred dollars. Additionally, there exist three different bundles offered in this deal.

Primary Feature

The big draw is certainly a lifetime license for Campaign Cartographer 3+, an industry-standard mapping application which enables users to generate various types including epic fantasy landscapes, detailed regional charts, urban layouts, and, perhaps most importantly, dungeon and tabletop battle maps.

An imaginative landscape chart created using Campaign Cartographer 3+.

Bundle Tiers

The most affordable option, at a minimum cost of $1, features merely four of the 39 total items: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Monster Token Pack 1, Castle Source Maps, and Source Maps: Cities!. This package suits cartographers who already have CC3+, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for landscape mapping, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, more than two dozen aerial castle designs with 470 associated map tokens, eight complete urban centers, plus seventy-plus building interiors.

Mid-Range Option

The eight-item bundle starting at fifteen dollars is where things get more interesting by adding in permanent CC3+ access, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. The Annual represents the annual collection from ProFantasy's long-running monthly subscription service which includes a variety CC3+ add-ons like map collections and additional utilities. The Isometric Cities enables display cities with an extra dimension with isometric views from all sides. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping is a 760-page for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions covering cartography techniques.

However, it's clearly an even better deal for map-making newbies considering you even get introductory guides to help you get started. The sole limitation is that while the purchase is available across platforms, the software is only usable with Windows systems.

Charitable Component

As with other Humble Bundles, a portion of each sale supports charitable organizations. For this one, that's Save the Children, established in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb dedicated to enhancing children's welfare globally through education, health care, and emergency relief. Additionally available is an donation allocation menu immediately below, enabling adjustment of the distribution percentage goes to Humble, Profantasy, and Save the Children.
